Remake Policy
Because all of our magnets and buttons are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we proudly offer a 14-day remake policy. This means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a remake if there is an issue with your item.

To be eligible for a remake, please email us photos of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order number.

To get started, contact us at cksprints@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send a new order confirmation and your replacement will go into production right away.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


No Returns on Personalized Items
All of our products are made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom or personalized items.

This includes orders where:

  • The wrong photo or design was uploaded

  • There are typos or errors in the submitted customization

  • The customer changes their mind after the order has been placed

We encourage you to carefully review your design and details before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items
In addition to personalized products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a remake is not possible or appropriate.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
